Automatic Tube Center Search in Production

Workpiece and Floating Coordinates
The workpiece mode adopts the zero point of a fixed position used in tube production, for example, drilling holes on the cut tube. The floating mode sets the zero point where it is and allows the user to start production freely.
Six-Axis Tube/Profile Delivery
Two chucks that move relative to each other can deliver the tube during production to achieve minimal tail waste and save more material for the customer.

Active Corner Cutting Control
The Z-axis height often becomes unstable in the corner position and can damage the corner quality. The system adopts a preview strategy to control the laser head up and down at the corner turn, calculating the lift path in advance through the tube file. Properly setting the technique for the corner, including gas pressure, maximum laser power, and duty cycle, will improve and refine production efficiency and quality at the corner.
Quick Frog-Leap The system enhances production efficiency by optimizing the laser head's lift path and ensuring continuous motion in the XYB axes as the laser head moves to the next toolpath.
Free Form Tube & Profile Production
In addition to traditional square and round tubes, the operating system also accommodates the production of various profiles and free-form tubes, including U/L/H/T channels, obround shapes, ovals, and polygons.
